Pool Connection Issues

What's happening: The miner is not connecting to the Pool, the connection is unstable, or there is a high percentage of rejected/stale shares.

What to do:

  1. Check Pool credentials: In the Mining → Pools section, ensure that the Stratum URL, Worker name, and password are entered correctly, without spaces or hidden characters.
  2. Check DNS server settings: An unstable router or ISP DNS is a common cause of losing connection to Stratum servers. In the System → Network section, specify reliable public DNS servers:
  • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 (Google)
  • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 (Google)
  1. Check Pool availability using the network test: Go to System → Network → Network Test, enter the Pool address, select the Ping utility, and click the "Start" button. A normal Ping should not exceed 50–70 ms.
  2. Configure backup Pools: Specify 2–3 independent Pools (Failover). If the connection to the primary server is lost, the Firmware will automatically switch to a backup Pool without Hashboard downtime.
  3. Enable "Offline Mining" function: In the Mining → Advanced section, activate this option if the miner should continue operating without resetting frequencies during brief internet connection interruptions.
