Temperature Sensor Error
What's happening: The system reports a temperature sensor error on the Hashboard.
Possible causes:
- Power supply voltage fluctuations.
- Poorly connected Hashboard cables.
- Dirty Hashboard connectors and contacts.
- Faulty PSU.
What to do:
- Check Hashboard cable connections.
- Clean the connectors and contacts.
- Try replacing the PSU with a known good one.
- Turn off the miner for 10-15 minutes and turn it back on.
If the error persists, the cause might be faulty sensors on the Hashboard, requiring chip replacement. The Firmware includes a feature to operate with faulty sensors. The Ignore faulty temperature sensors function allows continued operation if it does not compromise device safety (see section Mining → Advanced).
Fan Malfunctions
What's happening: One or more fans show an Error status, are not spinning, or the miner stops due to a cooling error (Fan Error).
Description
VNISH provides a public REST API for programmatic device control. The API allows integrating the miner with third-party monitoring systems, automating the management of device fleets, and organizing remote statistics collection without using the web interface.
