Troubleshooting
Hashboard Issues
What's happening: One of the hashboards shows abnormally low hashrate, a high number of errors, or is not detected by the system.
What to check:
- Compare the parameters of the problematic hashboard with other hashboards.
- Check the cooling system and temperature conditions.
- Restart the device.
- Check or replace the hashboard's power cables.
- If the problem persists, contact support with a diagnostic report.
If a hashboard is faulty and you need to continue operation with the remaining ones:
- In the Mining → Advanced section, decrease the Minimum number of working chains value by one hashboard.
- If the miner is without a PIC controller, enable Allow disabling chains without PIC (see section Mining → Advanced).
- The miner will start with the working hashboards.
