Hashboard Issues

What's happening: One of the hashboards shows abnormally low hashrate, a high number of errors, or is not detected by the system.

What to check:

  1. Compare the parameters of the problematic hashboard with other hashboards.
  2. Check the cooling system and temperature conditions.
  3. Restart the device.
  4. Check or replace the hashboard's power cables.
  5. If the problem persists, contact support with a diagnostic report.

If a hashboard is faulty and you need to continue operation with the remaining ones:

  1. In the MiningAdvanced section, decrease the Minimum number of working chains value by one hashboard.
  2. If the miner is without a PIC controller, enable Allow disabling chains without PIC (see section Mining → Advanced).
  3. The miner will start with the working hashboards.
