IP Reporter

IP Reporter allows you to identify a physical device from the Pulse interface. A technician presses the IP Report button on the ASIC — the device appears in the Pulse dropdown list.

Action	Description
Isolate in list	Show only devices from the report, hide others
Select reported	Select all devices from the report for a group operation
Clear report list	Clear the report list

Usage Scenarios

Inventory

Technician sequentially presses IP Report on each device → all devices appear in the list → Select reported → check statuses or perform a group operation.

Preparing a Group Operation

Press IP Report on the desired devices → Select reported → perform the required operation (firmware, reboot, etc.).

Finding a Problematic Device

Technician at the rack presses IP Report on the problematic ASIC → Isolate in list → the device is immediately visible in Pulse for diagnostics.

Notes

IP Reporter events accumulate within the site and don't disappear automatically — use Clear report list to clear them
The feature requires support from the device firmware

Isolation

Isolation allows you to focus on selected devices by hiding all others from the list.

Device Card

The device card opens when you click a device row in the list. It contains complete device information and access to all operations.
