Pools
This screen is used to configure mining Pools and manage their usage order. Here, the primary and backup Pools, Worker parameters, and authorization settings are defined.
- Pool List: allows configuring up to three independent servers for fault tolerance.
- Priority: The order of Pool operation is determined by their position in the list. The miner always attempts to work with Pool #1; if it's unavailable, it switches to the next one. The order can be changed by drag-and-drop.
- Connection Parameters:
- URL: Pool server address and port (e.g.,
btc.viabtc.com:3333). - Worker: Worker name. Latin letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens are allowed. Format: a string starting with one or more characters from the specified set, which may be followed by a dot and an optional suffix (e.g.,
wkr5b.s19). - Password: Worker password (the value
