Account And Security
Delete Account
Account deletion is an irreversible operation that completely removes all your data from HashCore Pulse. v0.1.0 This operation complies with GDPR requirements (Article 17 – right to erasure).
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:
- User profile and credentials
- All created sites and their settings
- All agents and scan tasks
- All devices (Workers) and their metric history
- All Activity Center history
- Security settings: 2FA, active sessions, tokens
- Any other account-related data across all HashCore services
It is impossible to restore an account or any data after deletion. If you wish to temporarily stop using the platform, simply stop logging in. Your data will be preserved.
Before deleting
We recommend the following before deletion:
- Export Scan Tasks — if you want to save your IP range configuration for use in other systems
- Notify your team — if other users are working with your sites, they will lose access to them
- Check your subscription — if you have an active paid subscription, terminate it before deleting your account
How to delete your account
To prevent accidental deletion, the process requires several confirmations:
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Review the list of data that will be deleted
- Enter your account email in the confirmation field
- Click and hold the Delete Account button until the countdown finishes
- Your account will be deleted, and you will be redirected to the confirmation page
Complete deletion of all data from all servers may take up to 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Alternatives to deletion
If the reason for deletion is technical issues or a temporary need to stop operations:
- Pause agents — stop data collection without losing configuration
- Change password and revoke sessions — if you are concerned about unauthorized access
- Contact support — if you encounter problems that can be resolved without deleting your account
