Account deletion
In accordance with GDPR (Article 17 — Right to Erasure), you can completely delete your account and all associated data.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Profile and account data
- All sites
- All agents
- All devices
- Activity Center data
- Security settings (2FA, sessions)
- Data across all HashCore services
Account deletion is irreversible. Data recovery will not be possible.
Before deletion
We recommend before deleting:
- Export Scan Task results if you may need them in the future
- Notify colleagues who work on the same sites
- Check if there is an active subscription
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Delete Account
- Review the deletion information
- Enter your email to confirm
- Press and hold the delete button
Complete data deletion occurs within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Alternatives to deletion
If you do not want to delete your account completely, consider these alternatives:
- Pause agents — stop all agents without deleting the account
- Change password and revoke sessions — secure your account without deleting data
- Contact support — if the issue can be resolved another way
