Quick Start
After successfully installing VNISH firmware, follow this checklist to start mining.
Log in to the Web Interface
Open the web interface using the device's IP address.
⚠️ Default password:
admin.
Log in to the web interface
Change Password
Immediately after the first login, it is recommended to change the web interface access password. Go to System → Security → Change Access Password.

Configure Mining Pool
Go to Mining → Pools and configure at least one Pool to start (for details, see Mining → Pools):
- URL: Pool server address and port, for example:
btc.viabtc.com:3333 - Password: Worker password (check your Pool settings).
After configuration, click «Save», then «Apply».
Configure mining pool
Select Overclocking Profile
Go to Mining → Performance (for details, see Mining → Performance).
Choose one of three operating modes:
- No profile: Set global frequency and voltage manually. Suitable for experienced users who want full control over parameters.
- With profile, no auto-switching: Select an Overclocking profile, for example,
1700 watt ~ 103 TH. The miner will operate on a fixed profile, and Auto-tune will select optimal parameters for each chip. - With profile and auto-switching: The miner will operate on the selected profile, and Auto-tune will select optimal parameters for each chip. The system automatically increases or decreases the profile based on temperature and consumption.
⚠️ It is not recommended to immediately select the maximum Overclocking profile. Start with a medium value for your model, allow Auto-tune to complete its setup, and assess operational stability before increasing the load.
After configuration, click «Save», then «Apply».
Select overclocking profile
Step 5: Check Status
Go to the main Dashboard screen and ensure that:
- Mining is displayed in the status bar (see Dashboard);
- Hashrate is displayed;
- The miner is connected to the Pool — the Pools widget shows an active connection.
Check miner status
Step 6: Check Advanced Settings
Go to Mining → Advanced and familiarize yourself with additional protection parameters (see Mining → Advanced).

Restoring Stock Firmware
There are two main ways to remove custom firmware and return the miner to Bitmain's factory software:
Board Identification
Vnish by Hashcore releases specialized builds for each architecture. An error in selecting the board type can lead to installation failure or incorrect device operation.
