Diagnostic Report

Creates a diagrep_<model>_<IP>.tar.gz archive with technical information about the device. The archive contains system and mining logs, data on hashboards and chips, pool configuration, cooling and power parameters, as well as the problem description entered by the user.

To create a report:

  1. Click the diagnostic report icon in the logs panel (see section Logs) or the left navigation menu (see section 4.5).
  2. In the window that opens, enter a description of the problem.
  3. Click the "Create Report" button.
  4. Save and send the generated archive to technical support.
