Diagnostic Reports

A diagnostic report is an archive containing detailed technical information about a device or agent. v0.8.5 It is used for submission to HashCore technical support or for self-diagnosis of issues.

Device Diagnostic Report v0.8.5

Available only for devices running HashCore Firmware.

What's Included in the Report

  • Firmware system logs
  • Metrics and statuses of all boards
  • Network parameters
  • History of errors and failures
  • Pool configuration and settings
  • Device and board serial numbers

How to Generate a Report for a Single Device

  1. Find the device in the Workers list
  2. Open the context menu (⋯ button) → Maintenance → Diagnostic report
  3. Confirm the request
  4. The operation will appear in the Activity Center
  5. After completion, a Download button will appear in the operation card
  6. Download the archive — the file is available for 2 hours after completion

Group Diagnostic Report

  1. Select multiple devices using the checkboxes
  2. In the group actions panel, click Diagnostic report
  3. Confirm the operation
  4. Progress and download — in the Activity Center

When selecting a mixed group (devices with different firmware), devices without HashCore Firmware are skipped and displayed in the Failed tab with the reason "Not supported". Reports for supported devices are generated as usual.


Agent Diagnostic Report v0.9.0

The agent report contains system information about the agent's operation: cloud connection logs, scanning errors, and statistics of discovered devices.

How to Generate

  1. Go to the Agents section
  2. Click next to the desired agent → Diagnostic report
  3. The operation will appear in the Activity Center
  4. After completion — a Download button in the operation card
  5. The file is available for 2 hours after completion

When to Use

  • The agent periodically goes Offline without apparent reasons
  • Devices are not discovered despite correct IP ranges
  • Information needs to be submitted to HashCore support for incident analysis
